Weâre a car enthusiast, aftermarket parts manufacturer run by a husband & wife team who love all things automotive. As our business continues to grow we have been afforded the opportunity to hire some of the best team members & are looking for more.Â
We have just recently expanded into a 63,000 sq ft state-of-the-art facility in Latrobe, PA, just down the road from the Steelersâ training camp. This is where all of the R&D, manufacturing, assembly, & shipping of all of our products happens. We also house a full fabrication shop that specializes in roll cages, headers, & turbo kits.

WHAT WILL YOU DO ALL DAY?
- Picking and shipping orders from the warehouse.
- Moving freight for shipping, packing, and boxing in preparation for shipping to customers.
- Receiving products and putting them away on shelves to keep stock replenished and updated.
- Assisting with periodic inventory counts.
- Receiving returned merchandise.
- Assisting with assemblies when time permits.
- Communicating with sales and customer service teams regarding returns, stock levels, order discrepancies, and other issues.
QUALIFICATIONS & PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds regularly, and team lift up to 120 pounds.
- Requires extended periods of walking, standing, bending, twisting, and repetitive movement.
- Collaborative team player with responsibility for work outcomes and results.
Hours are 8am- 6pm, Monday through Thursday.

KEY TRAITS WEâRE LOOKING FOR IN SUITABLE CANDIDATES:
- Focus and attention to detail: the ability to stay on task and razor-sharp attention to detail.
- Patience & empathy: you will need to be patient & empathetic with customers. This job will require the ability to listen to a customer complaint calmly without showing negative emotion in response, even when the situation is challenging. Youâll need to put yourself in the customerâs shoes & provide a resolution to their problem.Â
- Internal motivation: you always do your best. You set goals for yourself and make sure to hit them. You are always trying to improve.
- Ability to commit core procedures to memory: weâll provide copious amounts of training to start, but the right candidate for this position should be more or less autonomous and able to work without close supervision after about a month on the job.Â
