Installation was easy except unfortunately mine is a 2011 and I had to drop the lower oil pan to get at the stud. Only reason it’s not 5 stars is mine didn’t come with the oil cooler seals and it would be nice if there was a note for the lack of the stud not being there won’t be a problem for people with 2011s. Other than that minor issue I’m definitely happy overall. With the stock oil cooler at 80mph I was at 215 and now I’m at 199. Hopefully I see the same 16 degree temperature difference when I tow my toy hauler up the mountain. I was hitting 240 with the stock oil cooler.

The oil cooler upgrade has yielded positive results, effectively maintaining temperatures near the thermostat setpoint. Prior to the upgrade, operating temperatures were consistently 10 to 15 degrees higher. Furthermore, the system now demonstrates a significantly improved cooling rate when temperatures exceed the setpoint.

I was facing issues with my oil temp reaching 240 while towing. Replaced it with this cooler, haven’t seen over 200 towing heavy now!
