There’s A New King Of The Street

It was a noisy weekend at US 13 Dragway in Delmar, Delaware, and the commotion was well worth it for Matthew Parker. Strong efforts from Dante Delaney, Josh Bordas, John Costa, Tyler Saffell (heads-up drag race winner), Justin Earwood (First Place, ET Bracket), and Steven Giordano were held off by the Texas-based diesel shop owner and his common-rail Cummins-powered second-gen. Matthew turned in a solid performance on the drag strip, managed a strong, Fourth Place effort of 2,270 hp on the chassis dyno (with a hint of tire slip), put up a 3.2-second pass in the dirt drags, moved the sled 306 feet and change, and completed the street drive with flying colors on his way to claiming the 2025 K.O.S. trophy.

Every 2026 Mustang GT Package Available

Ford started taking pre-orders back in June of this year with actual release supposedly happening late this Fall. The options are plentiful, to say the least. Vintage styling packages exist, as do multiple performance packages. Going through Ford's build site is a blast, but recently FordAuthority.com put together a list of all options available for the new GT. If you're dreaming about a new GT, it's a great article to drool over.

Firepunk’s Old S10 Finds A New Home

It’s been in retirement since Firepunk’s Plum Crazy Duster hit the scene, but now the Hot Shot’s Secret wrapped Chevy S10 is making a comeback. The former Pro Mod record-holder, which was the first diesel in the 3’s in the eighth-mile (a 3.99 at Lights Out 12 in 2021) and that also went 6.94 at 202 mph in the quarter-mile before that (2018), was recently acquired by the Great White North’s Canadian Diesel Online. Thus far, no details have been leaked but expect the newly reborn S10 to hit the track in the spring of 2026.

Check out the extensive list of Pro Street diesel truck (2.6-inch smooth bore) entries for this year’s Diesels In Dark Corners event. Some 38 trucks will show up in White Plains, Georgia to compete at the annual, end-of-year bash, and they’re coming from as far away as Wisconsin and Pennsylvania. Some of the class’s heavy-hitters include Damon Winland’s “Trudy” from Ohio, Jon Shew’s “Iron Patriot (Indiana), and Hank Carlton’s “Sue.” In Limited Pro Stock (3.0-inch smooth bore), 40 drivers are making the call. For Super Stock, an impressive 19 trucks are on the guest list. And in Pro Stock (3.6-inch smooth bore), 15 trucks are making the trek to hook on the central Georgia clay.

Pulling It Out The Back Door With The Concrete Cummins

It’s been self-described as the new bad boy in Super Stock diesel pulling, but in fact the Andrew’s Concrete Cummins has been around—and very competitive—for a couple years now. Aside from a strong finish at Weakland’s Octoberfest recently, the multi-turbo third-gen monstrosity became infamous for running flagmen off the end of the track at its hometown hook… There, at the Fairfield County Fair in Lancaster, Ohio, driver Andrew Ledford put on an absolute spectacle, putting some serious footage on the rest of the field and forcing officials to scatter before the red flag could be dropped. Rumor has it the Super Stock Cummins saw as much as 7,000 rpm on the pass…

Billet Aluminum Scheid Cummins And Spitzer Chassis Roller For Sale

After being involved with the B-series Cummins platform since it debuted in the late 1980s, John Robinson is selling everything and moving on to a nitro fueled funny car. But while we’re sad to see him go, the diesel dragster setup he’s leaving behind can be had for a great deal. It all revolves around a compound turbo, 3,500hp billet-aluminum bullet from Scheid Diesel. The rest of the recipe is up for grabs, too, and includes a 290-inch 2015 Spitzer chassis, carbon fiber body and belly pan, a Strange Top Loader with a 2.70 gear ratio, fuel, oil, and water tanks, pour-in seat, 5-point belts, everything. As a roller, the rail was listed for just $25,000…
