Modern engines are built to satisfy a long list of requirements, and not all of them favor performance. One of the biggest compromises is higher-than-ideal operating temperature, largely driven by emissions targets. After years of testing on both the street and the track, we developed our answer to that problem: SPE Motorsport low temp, high flow thermostats.

Engineered specifically for each platform, these thermostats all deliver the same core benefit. They prompt the cooling system to open sooner and circulate more coolant, helping the engine avoid running at factory-compromise temperatures. Lower operating temps help reduce heat soak, improve stability under load, and maintain more consistent performance whether you’re towing, under boost, or squeezing in one more pull. In plain terms: less temperature fluctuation, more repeatable performance, and less time watching the gauge like it just betrayed you.
